Who we are

Vaeron is an early-stage product for business brokers in New Zealand and Australia, run by Harrison Messenger. Vaeron is in early access and launching soon; it is not live yet. You can contact us about privacy at any time at hello@vaeron.example.

What we collect

• When you join early access: your work email, first name, firm name and, if you choose, your region.
• If you answer the questionnaire: your answers about how you prepare sales and which tools you use. We never ask for client details or deal data there.
• If you reserve a founding broker spot: the fact that you reserved and the price shown to you. No payment details are collected.
• If you offer to share a deal: your preferred contact method, phone number if you give one, and best time to reach you. Any deal data is sent separately, by arrangement, after anonymisation.
• If you use the preview: which steps you view and any reactions or comments you leave.
• How you arrived: the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example which email or LinkedIn message), the referring website, and which version of the page you saw.

We don't store IP addresses with your details, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use a few first-party cookies only: one to remember which version of the page you saw, one to remember how you arrived, an anonymous visit id, and, once you join, an id that links your questionnaire answers to your signup. They are not shared with anyone.

Why we collect it

To gauge interest in Vaeron, to understand what brokers need before we build it, and to contact you about early access. If you reserve a spot or offer a deal, we use your details to follow up on that. We won't sell your information or use it for anything else.

Who can see it

Only the founder. Your information is stored and processed by the services we use to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email). These providers may store data outside New Zealand, including in Australia and the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

For as long as early access runs. If Vaeron doesn't go ahead, or you ask us to, we delete your details. We review and remove stale records at least every 12 months.

Your choices

• Stop emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or on the unsubscribe page.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@vaeron.example. We'll respond within 20 working days.
• If you're not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand) or the OAIC (Australia).
